All the static caravans are sited on level concrete bases which are 40 feet long and 15 feet wide with a retaining wall for gardens, each pitch is twenty feet from your neighbour. Caravans are staggered to give maximum view of the surrounding countryside and the grass is cut every week. A beech hedge has been planted for extra privacy. We occasionally have vacant plots which, when sold will give a capacity on Claylands Park of 68 units. We are open on the 1st March to 31st January. • Non Domestic Rates are invoiced in April and are approx. £420.00

• Gas is purchased by the bottle and electricity is invoiced in March & September
